Leeham News and Analysis (LNA) is a unit of Leeham Co. LLC. All content on LNA that is original work is copyrighted, including any original or modified charts, graphs and slides. Any text may be used within the framework of the Fair Use Doctrine of US Copyright laws.

Fair use is any copying of copyrighted material done for a limited and “transformative” purpose, such as to comment upon, criticize, or parody a copyrighted work. Use must be attributed to LNA and preferably also linked to the original article. Articles, posts and charts in the freewall may be used without prior request. Articles, posts and charts behind the paywall may be used after obtaining written permission.
