Lufthansa is missing in your tables with 303 7-Series and 146 737s delivered respectively. Actually LH was the 737 launch customer, at some time a sole Boeing customer and now up to date the only airline customer for the 747-8I, scheduled for delivery beginning at the end of 2010. That date would also slip regarding your remarks concerning 747-8F.
