This is the start of Christmas weekend (none of this “Happy Holidays” stuff) and we don’t expect much news between now and the first of the year. But we’re around and may post if so inspired.

On the odds ‘n’ sods front, it looks like LH have cancelled a 748i. The changes needed to perform the tail-tank testing would have left the airplane a white elephant in the LH fleet:

Also mentions that LH will decide on more long-haul aircraft by the end of 2013, some of which may be 748is.
